In other words, <strong>electromagnetic disturbance is the cause and EMI is the effect<\/strong><strong>.<\/strong><\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><\/div><div>EMI can be divided into two main categories.<\/div><div><strong>1. Continuous Interference:<\/strong><\/div><div>This noise is produced by <span style=\"color: #2ea121;\">sustained electromagnetic radiation<\/span>; it may be in the form of <span style=\"color: #2ea121;\">radio frequency or sustained oscillation<\/span>. It usually emanates from nonshielded oscillators or other elements prone to the emission of electromagnetic radiation.<\/div><div><strong>2. Impulse Interference:<\/strong><\/div><div>It is characterized by <span style=\"color: #2ea121;\">short, high-energy bursts of electromagnetic energy<\/span>. The impulses arise from sources such as<strong> Electro Static Discharge(<\/strong><strong>ESD<\/strong><strong>), lightning, and high-current circuit switching<\/strong>.<\/div><div><div
